Founder

Beacon was founded by Vijay Singh, a healthcare technology leader with 20 years building clinical and operational platforms. He led engineering through three healthcare exits — R1 RCM's IPO, Yaro's acquisition by Virgin Pulse, and Resilience Lab's acquisition by Cerebral — and the platforms he helped build have served more than 25 million annual patient visits. Most recently, he led engineering at Cerebral. He is now building Beacon full-time and holds U.S. patent 8,688,480 for a self-learning system that predicts denial risk in healthcare revenue cycle (filed in 2009).
